Normal WiFi service is now resumed in the areas of the Main Library that were previously experiencing performance issues. There was a particular problem in areas heavily used by students with personal devices (Areas GB, 1B and 2B). Our technical team has been carrying out extensive improvement work over the past 2 weeks to resolve these issues.This culminated on Wednesday, 24th April, and has resulted in significant improvement in service; the service has been closely monitored and there have been no new faults reported.
