Update Friday 12th April
We will continue to monitor the perfomance of My Dundee.
We are aware there is an issue with My Dundee which affects the speed pages load, particularly in the evening. Our analysts have been working closely with our external suppliers to address these issues. A number of software updates have already been applied and although this has partially resolved some issues, the slowness issue has still not been fully addressed. We are continuing to work with our external suppliers to resolve this and restore full service.
