Completed – Change to LANDesk mail settings and process – No: 272
This work has been completed as scheduled.
On Monday 26 August between 5-5:30pm we will make an adjustment to our inbound mail settings and Incident Management process in LANDesk Live.
During this work LANDesk Live will be available.
This work will introduce a new inbound mailbox called ‘Help4U@dundee.ac.uk’. The current inbound mailbox, ‘email@example.com’ will remain in operation. After the change, notifications sent from ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ will contain a ‘By email’ link to ‘Help4U@dundee.ac.uk’.
