Issues using network printing – No: 71705

Our technical team are working with staff to fix network printers affected by the printing issue.

Our technical team are continuing to investigate this issue.

Update 17th August 2013

Our technical team have been working to identify the underlying cause of the printing issue affecting some staff in 4 Airlie Place and 11 Perth Road.

A workaround is being distributed to key contacts in both areas to help restore normal service to printing.  This issue is still under investigation.

We are aware of an issue with network printing in some areas on campus.

Our technical teams are investigating.
