My Dundee slow loading issue
We understand from our work with staff users that the slow loading of module pages within My Dundee is alleviating. If you are consistently experiencing page load times of more than 10 seconds when accessing a module please can you contact firstname.lastname@example.org to work with us further.
We are not aware of any students affected by this issue. If you are a student, or are a staff member and are aware of issues experienced by students, again please contact email@example.com to work with us on this.
This issue continues to be given priority attention by the LLC, ICS and Blackboard support, and this will continue as semester starts. Further updates will be provided on the My Dundee front page, ICS Status Page and LLC website at 9am each weekday morning until further notice.
