UoD IT staff meeting – 28th March – 10am-12noon – requests for support

On Friday 28th March, between 10am-12noon, UoD IT staff will be attending a department monthly meeting.

You can still log calls during this period by:

  • Sending an email to Help4U@dundee.ac.uk
  • Submit a Help4U Online Enquiry Form
  • Logging on to Help4U Self-Service Portal and completing the online form – you can also check the progress of any existing calls
  • Phone x88000, leaving a voicemail, and we will get back to you

In the event of an emergency, involving major disruption to a service or assistance required for teaching in learning and teaching areas, please phone 07815 562102. This number will only be available during this time.

Information Security Alert – Phishing email – Dundee Webmail Alert Notice – No: 92439

Users are reporting receipt of a phishing email with content:

“Dear Dundee Webmail Users

Someone has used your dundee webmail access illegally and we are taken a proper action to suspend your dundee webmail access till further notice.

If you are not aware of this action kindly complete the updating process to secure and keep your dundee webmail access active.

Failure to comply with our rules and regulation will result to account permanent termination and legal action will be taken place.

Kindly be warned and act fast to this notification.
