Resolved – Issue opening PDF files – No: 106691

This issue has now been resolved.

Our technical team have deployed ‘Sumatra PDF’ to all Student Desktops PCs.  This application is now the default PDF file reader.

We will continue to monitor this service.  Please contact the Service Desk if you are still experiencing any difficulties opening PDF files.

Some students are reporting issues with opening PDF files on the Student Desktop.

Our technical teams are working to restore services.
