Discovery Research Portal/Pure System upgrade

On Tuesday 04 November 2014, between 07:00 – 09:00, engineers from Elsevier/Atira (suppliers of Pure) plan to carry out an upgrade that will affect access to the Discovery Research Portal and the Pure system. This work will take up to 2 hours. During this period there will be no access to the portal or Pure. If you have any questions or concerns about this work please contact Service Desk quoting change reference number 508.

Update:

The upgrade was completed at 08:38 this morning and the version of Pure has been updated to 4.19.2-5. Initial checks indicate that the system is working correctly and we are continuing to check detailed functionality. Note that there are several new features in this version so please let us know if there are any issues/questions regarding these.
