Service at risk – Autodesk Products

In order to allow us to uprgade the license server and associated license, the Autodesk 2019 products should be considered at risk between 4pm and 6pm this evening. If you are already running the software, then you will be unaffected – should you try and load the software whilst the license is being changed, the launch may be unsuccessful.

Service Update: Life Sciences VPN

UoD IT have now provided a temporary workaround to give users with valid business requirements access to a VPN in Life Sciences.

Service Unavailable: Cognos

UoD IT are receiving several reports of users unable to access finance system, Cognos.

Service unavailable: SITS

Several users are reporting that they are unable to log into SITS again this morning, Tuesday 16th July.

We have a workaround in place that should allow users to log in now, please try again if you have been experiencing issues.
