Service at risk – Autodesk Products

In order to allow us to uprgade the license server and associated license, the Autodesk 2019 products should be considered at risk between 4pm and 6pm this evening. If you are already running the software, then you will be unaffected – should you try and load the software whilst the license is being changed, the launch may be unsuccessful.

IT Status Page – Essential Maintenance Wednesday 6th February 21:00 Hrs

Our supplier has informed us of essential maintenance that is scheduled for Wednesday 6th February taking place at 21:00 this may impact the availablility of this page – please see below for more details:

“As part of our continued investment in our platforms, our network team will be replacing a number of switches on 6/2/19. Some Customers may experience downtime during these essential works. We expect downtime to last no more than 1 hour. Works will begin at 9pm”

Telephony – Essential Maintenance

ProVista (the suppliers of our Telephony system) have advised a reboot of the CUCM cluster.

This will be done this evening between 7pm and 9pm.

During this time the phone system should be considered “at risk”.

When the system comes back on line, some handsets may require a reboot, this is done by simply removing the network cable from the back of the device (if there are 2 cables it is the one NOT going in to your computer, it’s the other one) and replacing it again.
