All staff and students are encouraged to log IT calls with Help4U, our self-service portal. As well as being able to log incidents and service requests 24/7, you can now check the progress of your calls online.
Visit www.dundee.ac.uk/help4u , click on the link to self-service and login with your standard username and password.
Within the self-service portal you can also search our growing Knowledge Base for articles that will help you with common queries and known issues.
