We are aware that emails are not being sent to users from Service Desk or the Student Management System.  This issue affects applications that send mail through smtp.dundee.ac.uk .

Emails sent from Outlook and Web App are not affected.

New software released for CLT Desktop

The following pieces of software and updates have been released to the Central Learning & Teaching (CLT) desktop:

  • Upgrade of Audio Notetaker to v2.5.2962
  • Upgrade of ActivInspire to v1.6
  • Upgrade of Adobe Reader to v10.1.4
  • Configuration change to the NWClient to disable caching mode
  • Change to the way EndNote styles and filters are delivered
