My Dundee slow loading update

We are aware that the slow loading of My Dundee modules is continuing to affect some staff users.

We are continuing to prioritise this work, with colleagues in the LLC, ICS and Blackboard Support partnering closely to resolve this issue. It has been escalated internally and within Blackboard, and every possible resource is being used to alleviate the problem. Further updates will be provided on the My Dundee front page, ICS Status Page and LLC website at 9am each weekday morning until further notice.
