Trouble with logging into email? Change your password.

Some of our users are reporting that they cannot login to their email accounts and receive the error message, “username or password is incorrect”.

When you are prompted to reset your password you MUST change it to something different. If you use the same password it will not synchronise with the directory that our email system checks again.

If you are experiencing this issue, change your password within the Password Management Portal to a different password. Google Chrome does not work with the Password Management Portal – please use another browser.
