Customer Satisfaction Survey – included in all Service Desk resolutions

Following our Customer Satisfaction Survey pilot last month we have now implemented a survey that will every user will be able to access.

From this evening (Tuesday 17 June 2014) when an incident or service request is resolved the user will see the link, “Complete our one minute satisfaction survey” in the resolution message. The link will take the user to a survey with five questions.

We encourage you to complete this survey when a call is resolved so we know how we are doing and what we need to either keep doing or improve.

Service Desk will monitor the results of this survey and provide periodic reports via the UoD IT news page.
